We do not share your data with third parties. If you pay for our services through PayPal, your data will also be stored with them. E-COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering for an e-course you agree to the following terms and conditions:
NO SHARING: You confirm that you are purchasing a single license for this course for your individual use only.
MATERIALS: You acknowledge that course materials are not included in the cost of the course.
REFUNDS: You acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds will be given before, during or after class. You acknowledge that payment for class is due in € (Euro). If your home currency is not €, Paypal will take the equivalent from your Paypal account at the prevailing Paypal exchange rate.
Your email address will be stored on our website to facilitate access to the online course. We will not share this data with any other third parties. If you would like the data we hold about you to be deleted at anytime, please get in touch ciao@monicadengo.com
ONLINE COURSE DELIVERY POLICY: All our courses are delivered online in password-protected classrooms. We do not deliver physical products in the post, but rather send you an email with the URL of the classroom you need to log in. This email is sent to the email address you used to register for the class, and will be sent at least half an hour before class begins. Students will also connect with Monica Dengo's phone via Telegram Messenger.
If you do not receive your classroom login information within this time frame please contact us via email at ciao@monicadengo.com or via Telegram, which students and teacher will use to keep in touch and send each other images during the course.
